Call of Duty: Warzone players unhappy with hackers in regular Battle Royale matches
A recent Reddit post on r/CODWarzone detailed players’ various qualms about Battle Royale in the game. The post included anecdotes from various members of the community, who have stopped playing it for various reasons. Many of them stated that their biggest issue with it has been the rampant cheating problem in Verdansk.
For the longest of time, Warzone players have become quite irritated with the number of cheaters in the title. Every lobby seems to have a hacker, who ruins the experience for others. While the developers at Raven Software have announced an anti-cheat, it seems like it will take a while to arrive. So for now, players have to adjust with these hackers in the lobby, and this becomes extremely problematic when other modes like Rebirth Island rarely have them.

Other issues that developers need to fix with the Battle Royale mod
However, this isn’t the only issue that the Battle Royale mode has in Call of Duty: Warzone. Many players have suggested that the experience in modes like Rebirth Island provide more fun to them. With the arrival of Rebirth Resurgence, fans can have a lot of fun in the game by playing 10 minute matches of all-out killing. However, that can’t be said about Battle Royale as it has become too slow for players to enjoy. Pair the slow gameplay and the game’s various issues, and players have a mode which feels stale and unrewarding for them to visit.
