Reddit user turned Gulag into 2v1 in Call of Duty Warzone
This epic strategy can help you escape Gulag alive, but it is unclear if developers will keep things like that. Gulag is essentially a 1v1 combat where one man dies and the other one survives and gets back into the match.
Reddit user u/gungachief shared a clip of his gameplay on the game’s subreddit. In the gameplay video, he found himself and his teammate, locked inside the Gulag. The user made use of a rock to do something unusual that enabled his teammate to win the duel.

Reddit users offered their reaction
This clip was surely going to fetch reaction from the users as it breaks the mold of 1v1 arena. The users on the platform debated if such a mechanic needs to be a part of the game. A majority of the users agreed that it is indeed a game-breaking strategy, while others disagreed. Others stated it’s okay to have fun every once in a while and not always worry about game balance.
Although, it definitely hurts the integrity of honorable 1v1 duels and introduces luck as a factor that hurts the integrity of the 1v1 combat. Luck, however, is a vital aspect here, as it is highly unlikely that many players will spawn in the same Gulag as their teammates.

Developers should look into the matter and clear the air on the matter. One effective solution would be to remove rocks from the Gulag, as it will render the strategy futile.
