Instead of enduring an arduous 8-hour road trip, Charlo opted for a different approach–he hopped on a friend’s plane to make his journey more efficient and comfortable. This decision was not merely a matter of convenience; He strategically made this move to enhance his training regimen and give a much-needed boost to his mental well-being.

Charlo, who recently opened up about his mental health struggles, went live on social media to divulge the reason he considered flying his friend’s plane. He said he would rather risk flying if it meant he wouldn’t be wasting 8 hours flying to Roy Jones Jr. and back to his home in Houston Texas. Fans though, are noticing something else about the pugilist’s unconventional decision.

It’s good he can express himself without caring what people think!”
