In a recent milestone, women’s boxing champion Amanda Serrano has joined the ranks of iconic figures such as Muhammad Ali, Chris Rock, John Legend, and Mary J Blige after recently getting her crowing moment.

The undisputed Featherweight champion took to social media and posted a video showcasing her induction. In one video Serrano jumps with glee as she passes Chris Rock, John Legend, and Mary J Blige who all had their posters on the esteemed MSG Walls.

Moreover, in another video, she poses alongside her poster now officially joining the elite company. In addition, Serrano’s induction recognizes her contributions to the sport of boxing and solidifies her place among the legends. Now she will look to only add to her legacy gearing up to defend her titles once again.

Serrano gears up for her next title fight against a familiar foe

Serrano will make her title defense against old rival Heather Hardy in the co-main event of the Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz. Putting her undisputed Featherweight title on the line, Serrano aims to cement her status as a force to be reckoned with. Moreover, she will look to add another victory over Hardy who she beat back in 2019 to become the WBO champion.

While Serrano has enjoyed tremendous success throughout her career, one bout stands out as a defining moment: her encounter with Katie Taylor. Their clash in 2022 was a historic event, headlining the first-ever women’s boxing match at Madison Square Garden.
