Turns out, KSI and Jake Paul fought, just not in the ring! The bitter rivals fought for viewership and public attention. While Jake Paul entered the ring against Andre August, KSI did the same against IShowspeed in a sparring Livestream. On one hand, ‘The Problem Child’ spent $750,000 to fight August in front of thousands. On the other, KSI just showed up for the fight in a gym. 

The same became the topic of discussion in the comment section of a clip shared by Happy Punch on X (formerly Twitter). Alongside the clip, Happy Punch wrote, “Wait a second, KSI and Speed are lowkey throwing down right now.” Despite the energetic caption, fans did not feel the same way as they ripped apart KSI for fighting a kid while Paul put on a fight of a lifetime.

Since the tweet went live on the platform, it has collected over 322K views, 3.2 K hearts, and more than 100 comments. While some compared KSI’s fight with Jake’s, others suggested no one cares about the sparring match.

One user highlighted Jake’s KO of August, over 30-year-old KSI’s fight against a little kid.

Another user suggested KSI’s fight was sad because, according to the user, KSI was trying to prove he was better than Jake Paul by beating up IShowSpeed, who is much lighter than the Brit.

Someone else claimed the Jake Paul fight was over by the time JJ’s sparring match began.

The next user boldly claimed no one cared about JJ’s sparring match with IShowSpeed because everyone was watching Jake.

One user claimed a fight between KSI and Jake Paul is never happening because JJ is facing issues while fighting someone who is 50 pounds lighter than him.

Despite people’s clear preference for Jake’s fight, JJ previously claimed no one cared about Jake’s fight.

JJ’s ironic claim about Jake Paul

Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji might just have to eat his own words because of a claim from him before the fight. It’s worth mentioning that Jake Paul recently sent a fight offer to KSI with the condition that the winner would get all the money. While there is no confirmation on that fight, JJ later claimed that no one was interested in watching Jake Paul fight.

“Yeah, he ain’t got any hype anymore. I ain’t wasting my time to fight him, lol,” wrote KSI. Alongside the claim, the Londoner retweeted the news of Jake’s fight not selling out, which added certain credence to the claim. However, considering the response from fans about his sparring match, things didn’t seem to have gone so well for him either.
