Entering the game without Jalen Brunson, the New York Knicks saw his replacement in Miles McBride; who scored a career-high 19 points. Despite GG Jackson’s impressive 20-point performance leading the under-manned Memphis Grizzlies, the efforts of three other starters in double digits were not sufficient. The Knicks emerged victorious with a score of 106-94. Notably, the smaller Grizzlies lineup proved no match for New York as Julius Randle led the squad in the absence of their leading scorer.
Randle dominated on both ends of the court, posting 24 points and 11 rebounds, to control the game. Additionally, Randle’s performance brought him closer to the legendary Patrick Ewing, further solidifying his presence near the Knicks icon.
