Shaquille O’Neal has almost everything that he’d want. Well, almost everything. The NBA legend has regularly spoken about how he is spending his life post his time on the basketball court. Post his retirement, Shaq joined the TNT show Inside The NBA. But before all this, way back in the eighties, Shaq started DJing and even collaborated with some names back in the day. Shaquille O’Neal goes by the name DJ Diesel and has had full-blown appearances at Tomorrowland and Life in Color, in China. So, Shaq is no stranger to the music scene. And now, Shaq is bent on making as much money as he can from his latest performance at Texas Madness.

Shaq isn’t the only NBA player to have pursued an alternate career after his NBA outing. Some become full-time entrepreneurs, and golf is a favorite secondary sport among NBA players, with the likes of Bill Russell, Ray Allen, Stephen Curry and Michael Jordan going to tee every now and then. Even Shaq has sometimes tried his hand at the iron, but his current passion is music, which has the capacity to reign in the big dollars.
