We might think nothing can scare the fearless Dwyane Wade, but clearly, there is something that gives him nightmares. The Miami Heat icon recently entered the podcast culture and his newly released episode stars famous American skier Lindsey Vonn, who questioned Wade’s skiing experience. Bad would be an understatement, as the 3x NBA champion started to recall the nightmare. Wade also issued some serious warnings to the listeners, but this is an Olympic sport that is celebrated worldwide.
Wade started, “I skied for one time and I’m never going back again.” Vonn assured that he would have a different experience if he skied with her. However, Wade was not ready to risk it again whatsoever.
He replied, “I am not going skiing with you.” Vonn said she can help, but the Heat legend is not trusting anybody. He added, “Like it’s hard for me to break with this bone on bone on this left knee, it’s hard for me to do that pizza thing they talk about.”

So next time you decide to ski, listen to Wade’s wise words once again before you take the big step.

A contrasting celebration that skiing has in the Olympics
Alpine skiing is a part of the Winter Olympics which happens once every four years. Vonn herself agreed that one can die without proper guidance. Despite such alarming things, this sport has been a part of the Olympics since 1936. This 88-year-old historic sport is loved worldwide and in America as well. Vonn has mastered it over the years.
