Who is considered the counterpart of NBA legend Michael Jordan? Many would say no one. Several hoop fans believe late legend Kobe Bryant was the closest ever to emulating the Chicago Bulls icon. However, there was a 6’8 veteran back in 1986 who was considered a prodigy even before his entry into the league. Although a miserable tragedy did not allow him to play in the NBA, a Boston Celtics legend believes the 6’8 prospect would have been the perfect competition for MJ.?
The 2008 Celtics champion believes he is not the perfect match for His Airness, even though he did “sauce up” MJ once. Nonetheless, the 47-year-old has more faith in a former ACC player of the year.

6’8 college superstar Len Bias created all the hype back in 1986 when he entered the league. Winning an ACC Player of the Year trophy, the Boston Celtics drafted him as the second pick nearly 37 years ago. The young sensation was compared to Michael Jordan for his ‘explosiveness’. KG shared a video of an NBA analyst explaining why Bias would have leveled with Jordan in his Instagram story. He wrote, “Big Facts!” along with the clip.
