Cody Rhodes Reportedly Rejects Million-Dollar Opportunities to Prove He’s Not Walking in Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar’s Footsteps

The bright lights of Hollywood have always tempted WWE wrestlers. Even many celebrated names of the promotion went ahead with their acting career, leaving wrestling behind. One more addition to the list might happen soon. However, the latest developments in the news indicate contrasting plans for Cody Rhodes. 

The recent failures of The American Nightmare aren’t hidden from anyone. His WrestleMania loss against Roman Reigns was one shocking turn of events for WWE Universe. Then on RAW after ‘Mania, he got brutally beaten up by Brock Lesnar. However, amidst all these, a report shed light on Rhodes’ plan of resuming his acting career. But a recent report suggests an entirely different plan for the star, which will separate him from The Tribal Chief and The Conqueror.

The report of Rhodes’ plan of going Hollywood for resuming his acting career enraged fans like anything. They weren’t happy with this reported choice of the WWE superstar, that too, in between his engrossing storyline. Fans thought that he will become a part-timer in WWE, just like Lesnar and to an extent Reigns. But the latest progress on the matter might relieve them a little. 

As per another Fightful Select report, ‘The American Nightmare’ isn’t planning to compromise his WWE schedule for any other projects. 

The report said, “We’ve heard more about the Cody Rhodes-Hollywood news. We’re told that he doesn’t plan on being a part-timer in wrestling, and any projects he does would go around his WWE schedule.”

After this piece of news breaks to fans, they will surely be content and look forward to witnessing more of Cody Rhodes in WWE. As the report clearly mentions that the 2023 Royal Rumble Winner will prioritize his WWE schedule above any of his other projects.
