WWE garnered much criticism regarding Bray Wyatt‘s poor storyline and slow progress ever since he returned to the promotion last year. There are many veterans and fans who claim that the third-generation wrestler is still with WWE just for the sake of money. Hence, the Stamford-based company isn’t paying adequate attention to him.
The rumors got enough fuel after his WrestleMania absence following a lot of addition and alteration in the plan. Though it reportedly involved a medical cause, nothing specific has come to light. He’s still medically unfit, hence failed to be a part of the recent WWE draft.

WWE reportedly employ a new writer for Bray Wyatt
While Wyatt’s return is still up in the air, WWE is leaving no stone unturned to ensure better working conditions before his full-fledged return to the roster. For creative upliftment, the company even employed a new writer for Wyatt so that it can offer some enticing storylines to the fans.
Former WWE personality Road Dogg broke the news during the latest episode of his Oh You Didn’t Know podcast. Dogg noted, ‘We have a new writer, actually, for Bray now. So we’ll see how all of that unfolds down the road.”
He further mentioned that WWE’s previous writer for Wyatt was also successful in chiseling out the best material for him. However, a renowned former WWE personality opposed this stance.
Vince Russo wanted to write for an undervalued Bray Wyatt
The former WWE writer Vince Russo termed Bray Wyatt a ‘freaking genius’ who was under-used in WWE. He admitted he would love to write for the former Universal Champion. However, Russo believes Wyatt doesn’t need his writing to thrive in the business, but still considers himself a better support for him, as he has firm faith in his ability to connect the dots between fans’ desire and the weekly reality of WWE TV.
The Attitude Era writer explained, “For a lot of people, I watch and I do say God; ‘I wish I could have you, wish I could write. I am being honest because I feel you know my opinion that there are people that are being underutilized. Yeah, and I think it, it’s like simple things and I mean bro there are a lot of characters I like on the show where I just sit there and I say, God, I just wish I could.”
