Hogan’s candid words on the challenges of life after the ring
Hogan spoke candidly about how the world of WWE and professional wrestling can sometimes push individuals toward self-destructive behaviors. He admitted that the adrenaline rush and reactions they invoke during wrestling matches can become highly addictive. This makes it hard for wrestlers to transition to a normal life once they step out of the ring.

Hogan also revealed how he’s found his own way to cope with the post-wrestling turbulence. He maintains a personal gym in his house, which he uses to channel his energy and maintain his focus. He said, “Yeah, there that’s why I got a gym in my house because that turbulence sometimes will build up about 10:30 to 11:00 to where I feel like I could go out and be an Axe Murderer. And I go down and I just train myself so hard I’m… I wear myself out you know it’s just weird how you get inundated with that business. Yeah, so you got to find ways to work… work around it.”
