John Cena is a lifetime generational talent who carried WWE for many years on his shoulder. Quite similar to Hulk Hogan from the 1980s, Cena is extremely popular among young kids. Though Cena gained popularity as the Doctor of Thuganomics, he achieved stardom with his Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect gimmick.

Throughout his career, he has given many iconic catchphrases, but none are probably more popular than his ‘Never Give Up’. Cena’s fans prove again how inspiring his message is as a young fan’s mother gets another life.

Amidst John Cena’s short run at SmackDown, Wrestling Pics & Clips tweeted an old clip of an emotional Cena. The tweet was made on October 12th with the caption, “This got me so emotional. It’s amazing the impact John Cena has had with so many generations 🥹❤️”. It was a reference to a clip attached to the tweet.

The clip showed an interaction between a young fan of Cena named Tyler. The conversation is as follows

“Tyler [In the video]: My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and when she got her results, I asked her “what her results were?” and she said they were positive. And I was crying. I was shocked. John Cena’s message helped my family because I got the wristband that he gave to me. When my mom was having her six-hour surgery, I gave her the wristband and I told her to never give up. And she’s now cancer-free.

Cena: It’s pretty cool. At such a young age, he has such a great perspective. It’s cool to see man.”

After the video was over, Tyler came out of a screen to surprise Cena. There were other fans present while filming the moment came out. Cena was pleasantly surprised to meet all the fans who were inspired by his Never Give Up catchphrase. No wonder he is the most demanded athlete by kids through the Make-A-Wish foundation.
