The red design did not appeal to fans.
The Red cell looked like a milk crate so I'm glad we're getting the old one back.

Fans are rightly happy because it feels like they are being heard after a long time. In the end, the business runs for the spectators, and a large portion of the masses were unhappy with the cell design that was being used.
When was the red Hell In-A-Cell structure first used in WWE?
The changed color was first used in the 2018 rendition of the PPV of the same name. Jeff Hardy and ‘The Viper’ Randy Orton first competed under the new design, a match that the latter won.

The red structure was notably light in weight and was less tall in height. Although heavily criticized, the new design was stronger than its predecessor.
