From being called The Biggest Little Man to winning the Royal Rumble, Rey Mysterio has had an exciting career in wrestling. In WWE, WCW, or AAA, Mysterio has also outshone his peers in the ring. New York Post writes about Rey Mysterio’s worries as Hall of Fame induction comes closer

In a sit-down interview with the New York Post, Rey Mysterio aired out his worries about being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. He started by telling us about the first time Triple H approached him about it.

He said, “I was pulled aside by Triple H and he mentioned to me, ‘Rey, we would love to induct you into the Hall of Fame. It was very shocking to me. It was like, ‘Wow.’ I remember the first words that came out of my mouth were just like, ‘I’m not ready to retire.’ He’s like, ‘No, it’s not like that.’

Then Mysterio went on to talk about his worries concerning the Hall of Fame. He revealed that he always had a number for his retirement, and that number is 50. Being 48 at this moment, we can expect another grand retirement match for Mysterio in the coming years.

But despite worrying about it, Mysterio didn’t forget to show his gratitude to be inducted. After having such a storied career, Mysterio deserves to be inducted. Getting to work with his son has to be a proud moment for Mysterio and no one can deny the chemistry the father-son pair has with each other. In just a few weeks, the Mysterios have kept fans at the edge of their seats by just coming face-to-face. In addition to being inducted into the Hall of Fame, Mysterio will also face his son at WrestleMania.
