LA Knight pushed to the back of the line
Just a month ago, Knight was in the title picture. He even got an opportunity to face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Crown Jewel. Unfortunately, he failed, but the fans were hoping that he would soon get another chance at the title, as he very much deserves it.

But things have changed now. Upon the arrival of Punk and Orton, WWE has shifted most of its attention to these recently returned superstars. Knight had just been pushed to the main eventer card when the return of Punk and Orton seemed to have dragged him to the back of the line again.

Is Knight getting sidelined in WWE?
The fans wanted Knight to go against Bloodline and have a rivalry with Reigns, leading up to Royal Rumble or WrestleMania. At one point, it looked like WWE was planning to do such an angle but now no more. On the recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Knight showed up at the main event only to help Orton fight off the Bloodline.

Moreover, now that Orton has signed with SmackDown, he has vowed to go after Reigns and his family. This means even if Knight continues to engage in The Bloodline story, he will not be more than a side piece as Orton is going to be the chief attraction of the rivalry. If not The Viper, then even Punk can be a fresh addition to The Bloodline’s story.
