The player’s seven years ban ends in 2020

In the year 2018, The Kerala High Court was against BCCI’s decision of imposing a lifetime ban on Sreesanth. Unfortunately for him, the Supreme Court upheld the charges, but asked BCCI to reduce the ban period. As a result, BCCI imposed a seven year ban on him. This period will come to an end in September 2020.

S. Sreesanth said that he is highly grateful to KCA for trusting him with this. He is ready to prove his fitness and get back on-field. He believes that it is time all controversies come to an end.

“I am really indebted to the KCA for giving me a chance. I will prove my fitness and storm back to the game. It is time for all controversies to take rest.”
