It is believed that humans caught this virus due to the consumption of bats and bat soup. The exotic animals like monkeys, cats, dogs, bats, and pythons were illegally traded in the wet market of Wuhan. The consumption of such animals is harmful to human health. The coronavirus pandemic is a live example of this.
Many videos went viral on the internet revealing the wrongdoings in the Wuhan market.
