Hardik Pandya has been in quarantine for a while now. Owing to the coronavirus outbreak, all the sporting events have been suspended across the globe.
In the wake of the pandemic, the government has declared a 21 days lockdown in the country which will end on April 14. As a result, cricketers have ample time in their hands to spend time with their families and interact with fans.
However, there is also a problem for sportsmen related to their fitness. Being indoors can affect their body physically and can make them unfit for the game.
But the all-rounder Hardik Pandya has found a cure to this. The right-handed batsman is sweating in his home gym. Doing this will keep Pandya fit to play the game whenever the conditions become normal.
Pandya took it to twitter to make his followers aware of his fitness routine. In the video posted by Hardik, he can be seen doing hardcore exercises while listening to English music.
The 26-year-old tweeted, “Quaran-training. Don’t forget about your fitness during the quarantine. Stay fit, stay healthy #CrushQuarantine #Fitness #HomeWorkout #Training”
The BCCI has suspended the IPL 2020 till April 15. Therefore, both Hardik and his brother Krunal are not getting to play professional cricket. Also, owing to the lockdown, they can’t practice too.
However, the duo decided to play their favorite game indoors only.
Krunal Pandya uploaded a video on his twitter handle where he is batting while Hardik is bowling. Also, there’s a message in the video about cleanliness. Both can be seen cleaning their hands using sanitizers after playing the game.
The brothers also promoted staying indoors amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
Krunal wrote, “We can have fun indoors too. Please stay home and be safe, everyone,”
