It is hopeful that the 13th edition of Indian Premier League will take place on the 15th of April. If the Government of India does not revoke the ban on foreign visas, then it’s another issue. The essence of IPL is the gathering all global players. It is the annual cricket carnival of the world. Therefore, if the foreign players cannot come to the event, it might not even go forward at all. The franchises are gearing up to bear the loss of a cancelled IPL 2020.
