Electronic Arts doesn’t seem to be able to control leaks at all. First, it happened with Star Wars: Squadrons which was released immediately after they ‘accidentally’ leaked it and now this. The scheduled premiere of Crysis: Remastered comes out tomorrow but the gameplay trailer is already leaked. The release date was also leaked; the game is set to launch July 23.

Until then, check out the gameplay trailer.

Crysis was first released in 2007 i.e. 13 years ago. The game’s story starts when a group of scientists discovers alien life-form signatures on an island in the Philippines. But, their expedition is hijacked by North Korean forces who also have an interest in knowing about the same. The Us scientists send out a distress signal and call in ‘Team Raptor’, an elite squad equipped with the ‘Nanosuit’ technology. This suit enhances your speed, strength, armor, and even has cloaking ability which facilitates stealth.

You play as Nomad as you fight your way through the North Korean blockade to discover an alien life-form that was dormant for millions of years. This had somehow managed to awaken and was planning an invasion. You have to then fight your way through to the alien ship and stop the Korean leader Kyong. Nomad is then stuck in the alien structure and has to find a way out of it to get back to his squad. The game ends on-board a US warship where Nomad destroys an alien exosuit.
