Even though Cyberpunk 2077 is a decent game on high end gaming PCs, it seems unplayable on the previous gen PS4 and Xbox One. So much so, Sony and Microsoft offered refunds to the players who bought the game for these consoles.

Even popular creators like Shroud and PewDiePie have admitted that the game failed to live up to the expectations.

Along with the tedious task of improving Cyberpunk 2077’s performance on the PS4 and Xbox One, CDPR has to release the proper new-gen versions of the game. With so much at stakes, the developer’s decision to halt the multiplayer mode seems even more obvious.

These developments might be assuring for fans who want the single-player experience on Cyberpunk 2077 to improve. On the flip side, they will disappoint the multiplayer fans yet again. As for now, they can only sit back and wait for the clouds to disappear.
