100 Thieves have new bosses around as Valkyrae and Courage have now officially become co-owners of the eSports organization. The duo joins Founder Nadeshot as they look forward to shape the future.

Nadeshot founded 100T back in 2017. Before becoming the organization’s founder, Nadeshot was OpTiC’s Call of Duty captain. With 100T, Nadeshot has employed several notable names while turning the organization into one of the finest.

Valkyrae and CouRage are now co-owners of 100T

Rachel ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter and Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop have played vital roles in shaping 100 Thieves into what it at present. Valkyrae joined 100T as a content creator and has been influential in their growth. Meanwhile, Courage has been playing alongside Nadeshot from his earlier days in the Esports scene.

“In my mind, this is probably the most important day in 100 Thieves history. I could have never predicted that we would be sitting here and welcoming Valkyrae and CouRage officially as co-owners of 100 Thieves,” Nadeshot said in the video.

Valkyrae was 100T’s first female creator and has now become part of the owners. She could not hold back her excitement when she was on the panel with Nadeshot and Courage.

“Looking back, I just feel like it’s been such a long journey. And now being, not just a co-owner, but a female co-owner, like how did this even happen! It just feels like everything just played out so unbelievably well,” Valkyrae said.

The beginning of a new era?

Valkyrae’s growth certainly provides a boost to all the female gamers out there. Joining forces with 100T, she will be an inspiration for many to come forth.

“My girlfriends and I have been playing video games since we were 6 years old. It’s not that women gamers are new. What is new is that we are more visible now,” Valkyrae told New York Times.

Female streamers like Valkyrae and Pokimane have been amassing a huge number of viewers. They have topped Twitch charts and by the looks of it, this is only the beginning.

Let’s not forget about CouRage, who has faced some struggle in his career himself. After struggling in his earlier days, Courage soon found himself playing alongside some of the best in the business. As he straps in for the biggest journey of his career so far, he cannot be more excited.

With two new owners, 100T may announce drastic changes or hold some surprises for the fans. But to know any further, we have no option but to wait.
