Amidst Star Wars Jedi Survivor Criticism, MoistCr1TiKaL Slams “EA’s Little Elves”, Says: “This Trend of Push It Out Now Fix It Later Is Garbage”

The much-awaited Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released on April 28. But this EA Games title did not get the praise it had hoped for on PC. Instead, it faced massive backlash for the performance issues it was having. Although EA Games has released patches for smoother performance, it still has a long way to go to make amends with the disappointed fans.

One big name added to the critics list for the Star Wars Jedi sequel is MoistCr1TiKaL. The YouTuber recently released a video reviewing the game and had some harsh words to say about it.

MoistCr1TiKaL outrightly criticized the developers for asking $70 for the game but still not delivering the value for money. The game cannot run smoothly even at 60 FPS settings on most PCs. The Moist eSports founder loved the storyline of the game but stated performance issues made the game unplayable.

Further expressing his frustration, he stated the studios should not wait for their developers to fix the game after release. “This trend of push it out now fix it later is garbage,” he stated.

The hitboxes on the game also disappointed him. This issue, he believes, was present in the prequel too, and Jedi: Survivor took no efforts to solve it.

The storyline can still save the game according to Moist eSports founder

He then shifted the focus to the storyline of the game. Comparing it to the prequel, the Moist eSports founder stated he loved the inclusion of new customizations and stances in the game. According to him, the game is massive with a lot of side quests available for exploration. He found the mini-puzzles in the game quite interesting along with the funny NPCs that came along with it.

Although he had a complaint about the legendary bosses in-game. He stated, “There are only two legendary bosses that aren’t just re-colors of normal enemies with a name.” MoistCr1TiKaL felt the legendary bosses to be pretty underwhelming due to this unsatisfactory work. He wished more unique bosses to be added later in the game, along with performance fixes for PC.
