This June, a plethora of events are waiting for you in Animal Crossing: New Horizons! New Horizons has undoubtedly been the most popular Animal Crossing title and created an enormous fanbase within these three years.

Alongside the events, there are new bugs, fish, and items coming to the game as well. One of the anticipated events this month is the Summer Solstice and the Winter Solstice in the Northern and Southern hemispheres, respectively. Let’s find out what are the cool events in the game for this month.

Here are a series of events that are ongoing/ coming up in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. 

Wedding Season (June 1-30) 

June is generally wedding season as Nintendo introduces a wedding-themed event that lasts throughout the month. The event’s hosts are Reese and Cyrus, who can be found on Harv’s Island through the airport. They must complete their tasks in order to earn heart crystals, which can be exchanged for products. This occurrence affects players in both the northern and southern hemispheres.

Summer and Winter Solstice (June 15-21)

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is celebrating the longest and shortest day of the year in both the hemispheres! Now players can get the Sunflower Crown and Sunflower Rug from the Nook shop through this event.

Bug Off (June 25) 

On June 25, Flick is hosting the Bug-Off event for gamers in the Northern hemisphere. During the Bug-Off event in ACNH, players may win prizes and Bells by capturing bugs.

Seasonal Items in ACNH in the month of June

Summer Shell Season (Northern Hemisphere)

DIY recipes can be found on bottles on the beach, by exploding balloons, or by engaging with people. Furthermore, these recipes call for unique blue shells that may be found on the beach; nevertheless, players should pick up whatever shells they come across. Shell Pochette, Shell Wreath, Shell Wand, South Seas Wall, Starry Sand Floor, Underwater Flooring, Underwater Wall, and Water Floor are among the recipes included.

Winter Season (Southern Hemisphere) 

DIY recipes can be found via any of the ways outlined above, but they can also obtain some by constructing a Snowboy in ACNH. Snowflakes, which are gathered with nets, are the key ingredient in these dishes.
