It seems like the ongoing phase is pretty unfortunate for the COD franchise. Nothing seems to be going right for the long-running series. As if the backlash from the players regarding the ongoing installment of Call of Duty Modern Warfare II wasn’t enough already, an unexpected situation has now revealed more troubles for Activision. Especially for the publisher’s battle royale title Warzone.

This time, a different game in Fortnite has managed to replicate Call of Duty, with a recently introduced mind-boggling feature called Creative 2.0. To be precise, someone just recreated a fan-favorite mode, which was last seen in the original Warzone, inside Fortnite!

Rebirth Island is back, but not in Call of Duty Warzone

Rebirth became an instant hit among the players when it was originally revealed for Warzone 1. The fast-paced resurgence mode was full of action and thrill. It provided the much-needed fun every gamer was looking for on the small island map.

However, later it was removed from the battle royale and then Warzone 2 arrived in 2022. While it also features a new map for resurgence in Ashika Island, many players still miss the memories of Rebirth Island. Well, it seems like it’s back now, but, with a slight twist.

Thanks to the amazing power of Fortnite Creative 2.0, a genius player recently succeeded in recreating the Rebirth Island from Call of Duty Warzone. Have a look at it below:

For those who don’t know, Creative 2.0 is a magic wand for those who are passionate about creativity. It helps them to customize existing maps and modes in the game while also making new ones in a fascinating way. This is quite evident to see from the above clip, showcasing what this tool is capable of doing.

On the other hand, Call of Duty devs won’t be happy to see this at all. Just a few days ago, someone replicated the iconic Domination mode from the franchise inside Fortnite, using Creative 2.0. And now this recreation of Rebirth will only add to the growing troubles for the people at Activision.
