Gamescom 2021 promised big revelations, and the event has thus delivered with a roster of massive announcements. Gamescom 2021 has seen the final trailer for ‘The Gunk’

The Gunk has indeed re-emerged during Gamescom’s showcase for Xbox. The title is merely a few weeks away from its ultimate release and the studio has used the opportunity to bring it to everyone’s attention. Thunderful’s executive, Ulf Hartelius, revealed several fantastic updates about the studio’s latest title. The Gunk has been built on unreal engine 4 and it promises to offer a fantastic 3D experience. The studio’s partnership with Xbox has indeed helped the team to build the title the way it was meant to be.

You can run the title on Xbox One at a stable 30 FPS without any problem. This game can offer crystal clear 4k resolution at 60FPS on Xbox Series X/S and PC. They run into a rather untouched planet and discover a strange virus, ‘The Gunk’, that is slowly rotting the entire planet.
