Genshin Impact is an open-world game where players have to make a team of four characters on their journey. Each character belongs to a unique element and they have to create a team keeping the character’s element in mind.

Furthermore, every character has different elemental skills and bursts. Some of them fall into a support character category, while others fulfill the role of the main damage dealer. Zhongli

Rex Lapis is the Geo archon in the game and also has a more familiar name, Zhongli. There were a lot of controversies when Zhongli was first released and many players were disappointed that they made an investment in him. However, miHoYo later gave some buffs to Zhongli as well as Geo resonance, which made him one of the strongest characters of the game.

Zhongli’s elemental burst, Planet Befall, summons a meteor to smith his enemies. The meteor deals massive Geo DMG to opponents caught in its AoE and applies the Petrification status to them. The Petrification status makes opponents stable for few seconds.

Venti

Venti is the Anemo archon introduced by miHoYo at the release of the game. We also know him as Barbatos, and he had his re-run banner at the start of the 1.4 update. Venti’s elemental burst, Wind’s Grand Ode, creates a huge Stormeye that sucks in opponents and deals continuous Anemo DMG.

Moreover, if his elemental burst comes in contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, and Electro elements, it will deal additional elemental damage to enemies. Venti’s burst makes him an unbelievable support character and really makes clearing many hard floors of Spiral Abyss a piece of cake.

Tartaglia burst in Genshin Impact

Tartaglia is another great main damage dealer which belongs to the Hydro element. He also has a familiar name and is mostly referred to as Childe in the community. He is the 11th Harbinger and has a unique play style. Players can use him both as a bow and a melee user.

His elemental skill let players shift to the melee stance and deal Hydro damage. Childe’s elemental burst, Havoc: Obliteration, deals vast Hydro AoE damage to opponents.

Diluc

Diluc has a Pyro vision and was one of the first main damage dealers to be introduced in the game. His elemental burst, Dawn, summons a Phoenix that flies forward and deals massive Pyro DMG to all opponents in its path.

The Phoenix explodes upon reaching its destination, causing an enormous amount of AoE Pyro DMG. It releases intense flames to knock nearby opponents back, dealing Pyro DMG.

Hu Tao in Genshin Impact

Hu Tao is another character belonging to the Pyro element. Several players claim her to be the best main damage dealer of Pyro element. Furthermore, her elemental burst, Spirit Soother, is as devastating as her elemental skill. In her burst, Hu Tao releases a blazing spirit which deals Pyro damage in large AoE.

She even regenerates a percentage of her maximum HP after hitting the enemies. Moreover, the damage and HP regeneration are increased if Hu Tao’s HP is below or equal to 50%.
