The social platform no longer tells the users whether a person has subscribed to the checkmark, or if they are a legacy holder.

HasanAbi mocked Twitter for making such a change in the platform. He stated that Twitter realized the value of blue checkmarks actually lies in duping people and making them think it’s a Legacy checkmark. He found it more hilarious as this new addition came just after Musk announced the changes that are coming to the checkmarks this April.
