The uncovered information suggests this new character is a mixed bag of various rejected legends.
The studio has definitely looked into its rejected pool of ideas to grant this legend a unique concept. He is going to serve as a recon legend, who will excel at tracking enemies by revealing their exact locations and also constricting them in a massive area.

Data miners have leaked the entire kit of the upcoming character of Apex Legends
The leaked information suggests the latest agent will be called Pariah. He is going to have a recon ability similar to Bloodhound, and an ultimate skill that works like Caustic’s Nox gas. This character will be great on the field, as he can take on two roles at the same time without any problem.
His tactical ability ‘Sonar Grenade’ turns him into a tracker. He can lobe this grenade in any direction, which will reveal the location of enemies in a small area-of-effect. This seems like an upgraded version of the scan, which will last in the area for 15-seconds. This skill can displace enemies while granting you a dominant position.

Pariah’s passive skill allows him to see enemies’ health bar, and he is going to be immune to stun, and SDM steam. This will definitely make him a perfect counter to legends like Caustic, Banglore, Wattson, who rely on disorienting enemies. Finally, his ultimate ability, ‘Sacrificial Romantic’ allows him to unleash a massive barrage of SDM steam that will cover the entire area around him. However, this will leave him immobile for the time being while other players will take massive burn damage.
