Many fans took to Reddit to share their views on the current debacle. A disappointed user of Mortal Kombat X wrote“Ridiculous. This game is literally six years old.” He further added, “Not only that, they gave us standard edition which is a bigger insult! The game is good, is just, they could have given the more complete edition of it.”

Sony has messed up badly and will need to rethink its policies going forward. Upsetting these many fans can be disastrous for Sony as well as for the future of the PlayStation Plus service.
