Still Without a Fixed Release Date, Hogwarts Legacy Devs Show Off an Iconic Structure to Eager Fans

With just a few months left for Holiday Season to arrive, Hogwarts Legacy fans are feeling the hype in full force. Avalanche Software may drop the concrete release date any time now. It’s been a long time since fans have been banking on just a release window of Holiday Season 2022. However, the developers regularly release teasers to satiate fans. One of the recent teasers showcased an iconic tower from the original Hogwarts lore, exciting a lot of fans!

The upcoming action-adventure role-playing experience will follow the original lore, as J. K. Rowling described in her books. However, the game is set in the late 1800s, which is way before Harry Potter and his friends came into existence. Hence, players will experience the iconic Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft alongside a picturesque open world full of magic, but without Harry Potter!

For those who are wondering, the game is reportedly still on schedule for a Holiday release this year. Multiple sources have confirmed the same. But, the delay in the release date and pre-order announcement is only increasing anticipations in the fandom. Moreover, the developers giving out eye-catchy information about the game is also causing fans to lose their patience. They cannot wait to play Hogwarts Legacy!

Hogwarts Legacy will feature the iconic Hogwarts North Tower

Also known as the Divination Tower, the Hogwarts North Tower is situated in the Hogwarts Castle and houses the Divination Classroom and the Divination Stairwell. According to the lore, students can locate the popular professor of Divination, Sybill Patricia Trelawney, here. The Divination Corridor connects the tower to the rest of Hogwarts Castle.

Avalanche Software took a chance to share a glimpse at what the iconic tower will look like, in Hogwarts Legacy. As the video showcases, the scene looks as close to the lore as possible, with the ladder falling down and the creepy but delightful audio. The ladder seems to be an access to the Divination Classroom. Moreover, players should also be able to interact with the enchanted paintings!

While the short teaser isn’t giving out many details, it definitely allows fans an exhilarating taste of the game’s environment and audio design. Here’re some fan tweets!
