The senior vice president of resort operations at Universal Orlando Resort, Jeff Polk, has prompted fans to use the test seats before going for a ride. “We want our guests to know what they should expect and what they should look for when they get to one of these attractions,” Polk reported to The Wall Street Journal. But fans believe this is humiliating for those who are not falling under that requirement.

Although recent updates have hinted that Universal Studios is doing its best to look into this matter. They are looking for enhancements to rides and make it easier for fans to maintain privacy while trying the test seats. It would be interesting to see if they succeed to get rid of the 40-inch waistline restriction.
