The Medium is already launched on Xbox and PC earlier this year, and now it will launch on PlayStation on 3 September 2021. The PlayStation version of the game will be a little different from others. It will feature immersive DualSense support. The game features dual reality gameplay. Players will play the character of Marianne. She is a medium gifted with some psychic abilities that can uncover the dark mystery. Explore the real and spirit world both alternatively.

Chris Jecks reviewed the thriller-horror on Xbox Series X and was quite impressed with the game visuals. He also rated it 4 out of 5, which is impressive, to be honest. He said, “The Medium isn’t perfect. Bloober Team’s most ambitious ideas aren’t realized to their full potential, but it’s an exciting new direction. The packing stumbles in the middle, but that’s where the enticing narrative picks up the slack to drive you through. The dual reality mechanic goes just about far enough to keep its slowest gameplay moment interesting and paired with a fantastic narrative and exceptionally eerie atmosphere, its an easy recommendation for fans of Bloober Team’s work in the past and the horror genre in general.” Such positive words about the game are proof that how wonderful and scary this game is.

Players can also pre-order the game to get some extra bonuses such as Digital Original Soundtrack and The Art of the Medium. The pre-order is available at $49.99/€49,99/£41.74. For PS Plus members, there is 10% off on the deal before launch.
