Marvel’s Galactus destroying Fortnite map

We all know who Galactus is. The gigantic celestial being has always had a taste for living planets. So only makes sense if some fans want to see him flipping Fortnite’s Island upside down. Donning a motion capture suit, Trimix created a CGI Galactus and then added it to a pre-recorded forage of Fortnite.

Then they went on to swat a bunch of CGI mechs as Marvel’s supersized villains like they were nothing but flies before eventually destroying the world altogether as Jonsey stands and watches.

The Rock flips the island over a game of UNO

A fan decided that they wanted to see the Rock and Jonsey playing UNO, and the Rock loses the game to Jonsey’s whole deck of +4 UNOs and flips the island. The YouTuber said it was very tricky as they had to somehow record a UNO match between two non-existing characters.

So they started by recording the footage of some empty area large enough where two characters could be added. Then they added a table and a couple of chairs to the area using VFX.

Then they recorded their mannerisms with UNO cards in the motion capture suit and added the CGI models to the game’s footage with a table and chair in it.

And all that remained was for Rock and Jonsey to play some games of UNO and for Rock to lose and seem annoyed. And then, inevitably, chaos ensued. Although he didn’t flip the island here, he did flip the table out of rage.

The Foundation loses a game of Rock Paper Scissors

One fan wanted Trimix to play a game of rock paper scissors with The Foundation. Trimix, playing as Jonsey, wins the game, and in rage, The Foundation flips the Fortnite island. For those who don’t know, The Foundation is later revealed to be the Rock too in Fortnite.

So Trimix played rock paper scissors with the Rock and then animated a huge model of him just literally flipping the island. Playing rock paper scissors against The Rock is pretty easy, as it is pretty evident that he always goes for “Rock” it seems.

Then the Rock simply kicks Trimix into the ocean and Trimix added a huge 3D model of Rock in the game that is literally shown flipping the island. This was obviously the altered footage from a previous season.

Slone and Jonsey get married

To set up a marriage, Trimix took over the beach and added everything needed for a marriage in the footage. All of Jonsey’s pals showed up, Paradigm, the Scientist, and even his UNO pal the Rock. And Dr. Slone invited all the guards to her wedding.

Next, the YouTuber used some kissing templates for 3D models and, after all this, with some pleasant music playing, Jones and Slone got married.

John Cena and Foundation’s arm wrestling match

Initially, Trimix just filmed a Rock 3D model arm wrestling the air as the popular John Cena joke goes. But later, he actually found an empty place, got some footage, and added two chairs and a table to that area.

Then they went on to film their pretend arm wrestling in the motion capture suit. One by one for both characters. And then, after combining the animations, this legendary match finally happened. A victory to John Cena didn’t seem to make the Rock happy as he punched the celebrating wrestler in the end.

Fortnite Fracture live event concept

Taking the teaser image as a point of reference, Trimix created skies and mountains matching the image. Then added some details by adding floating pieces of the island with a number of POIs on top of those pieces.

Then he went on to create a replica of the tornado, masked it, and added it to the pre-recorded scene. And then they added a bunch of small elements such as rocks with chrome upon them to the scene.

Finally, all that remained was to put record footage of someone running somewhere and then looking at something. So he added Jonsey’s body to that motion capture wireframe and added it to the fracture event footage.

Sometimes fans imagine really wild stuff regarding their favorite games. But YouTubers like Trimix bring that imagination to life. The video aside, fans are really hyped for this upcoming Chapter of Fortnite.
