Rosberg pointed out that Hamilton’s motivation level is very impressive. He said, “He has already achieved so much, there is hardly any improvement. But that makes it all the more impressive and explains why he won not just one, but so many world championships.”

Rosberg recalled that he thought no one would break Schumacher’s record. He further said, “Besides Schumacher and Lewis there is also Senna, Fangio … To say which of them is the best is simply impossible. Everyone was unique in their own way, everyone was incredible.”

At the post-race interview at Istanbul, Hamilton said he still feels young. It is speculated that Hamilton will sign another contract with Mercedes; it must be frustrating for the opponents to realize that his domination could persist a few more seasons.
