Max Verstappen Posts a Heartening New Year’s Message With His Girlfriend Kelly Piquet

After a hectic season with a 17-round championship comprising three triple headers, a break is not a luxury anymore, it is a necessity. F1 drivers need time away from the paddock to make sure they’re at their best when they return. One racer who has always emphasized the importance of a break, especially for the delivery of complete potential when necessary, is Max Verstappen.

The New Year is a time for wishes and greetings, and the mood for holidays set in on Christmas eve. The pilots, exhausted from the season, look for an escape, a retreat. Many consider sitting back home in their cozy corner while others usually take a trip into nature’s lap.

Well, Daniel Ricciardo found his peace in the mountains, and Verstappen found it with his partner.

On the auspicious event of the New Year, both Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet announced their relationship via Instagram. While greeting their fans in the new year, they publicized their relationship. Well, that would rouse quite a buzz as fans go crazy over celebrity couples.

Happy New Year everyone!  Let’s make 2021 a year to remember in many ways. Wishing you all success, love and happiness just as I found mine,” read the Dutchman’s post.

Well, that is Max Verstappen in a nutshell. If he does something, he does it with all his heart, and so if he loves, it is with his whole heart.

Well, his partner also posted a sweet message for his fans. “Love is what makes the world go round. Happy new year and much love,” read Kelly Piquet’s Instagram post.

Well, with love guiding them through, they might as well make it to the end. This year brings a lot of surprises, and maybe one more awaits.

Max Verstappen and Checo – Threat to Mercedes

Max Verstappen concluded 2020 on a high. The Dutchman was flying at the Yas Marina Circuit. He had dominated the entire weekend, and he maintained that for the Sunday race. The Red Bull No. 33 took on the AMGs and aced it with all his might.

His performance was phenomenal all throughout the season. He may have had a ton of bad luck following him through, but his improvement is remarkable. While he might have a few complaints about his team’s performance, together, they challenged Mercedes quite a few times.

2021 is expected to pan out successfully for the Austrian constructors. The Milton Keynes outfit will accommodate a new guest next season; Sergio Perez, the Mexican from Racing Point, is supposed to be their weapon for victory and is dripping with talent. The manner in which he maneuvered his car this season is commendable.

Max Verstappen sincerely hopes that he and Perez can successfully take on Mercedes next season. The team won their last title seven years ago, and since then, they have been chasing Mercedes.
