Neymar Jr. has been in the headlines recently, unfortunately not for his soccer skills or wonders. The PSG superstar isn’t happy with his current club, with speculations of him wanting a move back to Barcelona going around social media. Amid all this, the footballing wonder recently took a $1,000,000 hit. Despite all this, Neymar Jr. was spotted gambling his night away at an event organized by Red Bull.
Neymar Jr. hasn’t been seen on a football pitch for about 3 months now after an injury to his ankle. However, the PSG star has been regularly spotted in Casinos gambling his football money away. And when the Brazilian was not at a casino, he was seen gambling on an online platform streaming poker games on Twitch.

Neymar Jr. recently lost about $1,000,000 while gambling on an online platform while streaming on Twitch. According to talksport.com, One of his fellow players said that he went from a million to zero in 60 minutes. Nevertheless, as gambling usually becomes a habit, Neymar Jr was spotted gambling his money away in Monaco rather than celebrating the 11th League title that PSG won last night after drawing the game 1-1 with Strasbourg.
According to bild.de, Neymar Jr was spotted on Saturday night at the Red Bull Energy station in Monaco with the Monaco GP happening on Sunday. He is a guest of Red Bull and was also spotted in the paddock before the GP started. Bild also suggests that there was a party on the Energy Station with Neymar Jr. stationed in a VIP area before he started gambling.
Monaco is one of the oldest GPs on the track with loads of glamor and celebrities associated with it. Being a tax haven, the richest of the rich stay in Monaco, and hence the GP is bound to be star-studded. A tennis star was also spotted in the paddock on Saturday as she presented Max Verstappen with the pole position award.

Max Verstappen spectacularly took the pole position in Monaco. The Dutchman was 2-tenths then on Fernando Alonso’s provisional pole time but set the last sector on fire and gained three-tenths to snatch the pole position away from Fernando Alonso. After the post-qualifying interview, Maria Sharapova was seen presenting Max Verstappen with the pole position award.
The ceremony saw Sharapova signing the position award and then giving it to Verstappen, who also subsequently signed it. She could be seen dressed in a lovely yellow with the duo smiling as they shared the stage. The Tennis superstar also posted a story of herself around the Monaco racetrack.
