Mick Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel both will probably race for the final time at Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The 4-time world champion is going to retire after the race ends at the Yas Marina Circuit and Schumacher, who hasn’t performed well with team Haas, will be leaving them.
That being said, ahead of Abu Dhabi GP, the F1 stars were asked for their prediction of the FIFA World Cup, and all the motorists came up with ‘obvious’ answers. When asked for their prediction of the world cup winner, all drivers chose their own country.

Fernando Alonso replied, “do you have any doubt? It’s Spain.”
Soon after, the 7x champion Lewis Hamilton gave a hilarious reply and said, “I’m gonna have to have like a T-shirt for Brazil and England put together, you know stitch together.”
The Thai driver Alex Albon wasn’t aware that the world cup was going to start, “I have to say Thailand even though Thailand aren’t playing.” said Albon.
A while later Sergio Perez said, “I hope Mexico. But if it’s not Mexico, then I would like to Argentina to win the world cup.”
In the end, came the weirdest and yet most hilarious answer from Mick Schumacher. When asked the same question, he replied, “Sebastian Vettel.”
This answer wouldn’t have surprised the fans as Sebastian Vettel has been a racing hero of junior Schumacher. This is not the first instance where Haas driver has shown his love for Vettel. Just a few days ago, he was found giving tribute to the 4 times world champion.

In his career so far, Mick Schumacher has been close to Vettel. Owing to the relationship, junior Schumacher had decided to pay a tribute to his godfather. Thus he was seen with a special Helmet during Friday’s practice ahead of Abu Dhabi’s main race.
The Helmet is the same as Vettel’s, which has a German flag on it in the shape of a band. The main tribute come from “#DankSeb” written on the top of the helmet.
