“Working with the team. My performance engineer, my race engineer, my engine engineer. You are there to help me. And I have to support them the other way around,” concluded McLaren no. 4.
Well, this is the answer that arises out of considerable experience on the track. Given his short two years on track, it is hard to believe that he has learned so much. However, this knowledge at such a tender age will get him far.
“I have to get the maximum out of my group so that I can deliver the maximum,” rang Lando’s epiphany.

When Haupt asked him what was his reason to stay back on Sunday to help the team pack up, his answer was according to his habit. He clarified that it is not a formality to indulge with the team. It is rather how every racer should be.

“It’s not something I have to do. I do this because I enjoy it. Because we laugh together. Because we create memories. I enjoy that.
“As a bonus, they do their job faster. If I help, they’ll be ready earlier and can go to the hotel and relax sooner,” highlighted Norris.
