Cena recently filmed for the latest Fast and Furious movie, “F9”. The Fast and Furious series is basically around cars and, by extension, draws huge attraction from motorsport fans.

In the new movie, Cena is seen driving a 2012 Toyota GT86. He jokes that the car is not good enough for the chase he was part of. However, for the uninitiated, it is a car that has received a lot of appreciation for its build and engineering.

The $30,000 car was a mainstay in Toyota’s involvement in the sports car space. It had a unique power train coupled with being compact and lightweight. Its low center of gravity made it a perfect sports car for enthusiasts.

In his interview with Sky Sports, Cena said, “In retrospect, had I not had a micro tuned Toyota and maybe the horsepower of one of those McLarens Daniel drives, I might have been able to escape those magnets!”.

The two also spoke about the WWE star attending an F1 race. Cena said, “I’ve never been [to an F1 race], you’re correct, I would love to go.” To which Daniel replied, “End of October [at Austin GP], we can make it happen, clear your schedule!
