Naturally, fans are expecting a similar announcement in this year’s event too, and Donald Mustard confirmed this in the Zoom call with Geoff Keighley.

Fortnite’s future calender looks more planned than ever

Apart from an announcement in the Game Awards, Donald Mustard also teased this season’s big event. As per the creative director, this will be the biggest event that they’ve ever done and it will change the future of Fortnite. owing to that statement, it is safe to say that this is just the beginning of Fortnite’s collaboration with Marvel, and fans can expect a lot more coming from the two franchises.

Troy Baker needs no introduction as a voice artist in the gaming community. Plenty of fans might not know this, but Troy Baker had voiced Agent John Jones in the Device event of the game. In the Zoom call, a fan asked about the possibility of a Fortnite collaboration with Super Smash Bros. Interestingly, Donald Mustard didn’t deny it, but simply chose not to comment. From the looks of it, it seems like December is going to be a big month for the game.

Since its collaboration with Marvel, Fortnite seems to have caught a second wind. With regular updates and events, the game looks fresh, and it has caught the community’s attention. Certainly, the developers will want to continue building on this momentum.
