Fortnite to Collaborate With Street Fighter in Chapter 2 Season 5

Fortnite Battle Royale is very famous for its massive collaborations. After majestic crossovers with Marvel heroes and the Star Wars universe, Fortnite’s next collaboration is with the video game Street Fighter.
There was tease about this merger yesterday from the game on its Twitter. Soon after, leaks started pouring in to confirm the arrival of Street Fighter heroes in the Fortnite island. Agent Jonesy is supposedly picking up heroes from various parts of the universe and accumulating a team.
There is still no concrete idea behind the purpose of this accumulation of the heroes. However, players are not complaining, as it has been a very entertaining season.

Fortnite is full of heroes this season, including Kratos from God of War and Master Chief of the HALO fame, joining in. Furthermore, the adorable Baby Yoda and the angry Mandalorian have both paid a visit. One can only assume how far Fortnite will go with these crossovers.
About the upcoming one, Street Fighter legends, Chun-Li and Ryu are stepping in as the new heroes in the game. The portal is now active, and players can locate it in a region close to southwest of Sweaty Sands. If you peek into the portal, a part of the iconic Suzaku Castle from the franchise is visible.

What to expect from this Fortnite crossover?
Since last December, when these rampant crossovers started in Zero Point, players have received unique skins and other ornaments. Epic Games added some to the Battle Pass and some other involved series of challenges that needed to be completed.

Epic has now released the trailer, confirming the arrival of the Street Fighter duo. They will arrive to the Battle Royale map through the Zero Point. Players can access the characters from February 21. Watch the collaboration trailer below.
