Are you looking for something new in Starfield? Well, looks like you’re in luck because the creative community isn’t ready to give up on the sci-fi giant yet. Although the game hasn’t had an ideal campaign as the makers would have hoped, Xbox fans have constantly rooted for a resurgence. Unfortunately, Bethesda’s experiment with the sci-fi adventure couldn’t meet up to the expectations.

But could the game still manage to get the community’s appreciation with the help of these new trending game mods? For numerous fans, Bethesda and Xbox missed out on what potentially could have been the next big trend of gaming. From space engineering to cosmic combat, the game offered everything we expect from a sci-fi exploration.

At such a grand scale, this visionary universe of Starfied looked nothing like we had seen before. However, plenty of factors also didn’t work for the players post the final launch. Throughout its campaign, Starfield kept losing its player count only for the Steam reviews to turn worse. The game went from ‘intriguing to boring’ very soon.

Well, great news fellow gamers as the much-needed evolution is here! Here are the top 10 mods available for Starfield you cannot afford to miss out on to spice up the gameplay.

  1. Mass Effect- N7 Armor

This Starfield Armor mod brings over the iconic N7 Armor aced by Commander Shephard in Mass Effect. The Armor is not just accurate and detailed but it also brings us a male and female variant. The set includes a helmet and a jetpack built into the spacesuit.

In order to get the Armor there are two ways: either go to any industrial workbench and craft it from there or you could use the console commands. Check out the mod from the link

2. Strap-In: StandAlone With VBB Option

This Strap-In StabdAlone Mod with VBB option brings another piece of armor from the makers of the infamous XL Armor. This new mod brings you a standalone female outfit for Starfield giving a certain functionality and spice to the character. There are a range of styles to choose from including the Vanilla and VBB body option.

The only way to obtain the Armor is through console commands.

3. TGS Stylized Starborn Armor Pack (Standalone)

Possibly, this brings you the biggest Armor collection in the Nexus right now. This mod gives you near-endless combinations for your spacesuit. Players can mix and match the four base armors with various combinations and fusions based on their individual preferences. In order to modify the colors or the skins, you’ll need to access your spacesuit workbench and change it from there.

Here’s a link to the Armor Pack mod.

4. Microgun Skins: 5 New Standalone Workbench Skins

An ideal showcase of skins in Starfield is offered by this particular mod. In order to access the library of skins, just go to your weapon workbench, select the skin and you’re done, no materials needed!

You get the army skin, the graffiti skin, the painless, and many more that aim to fix the Bethesda drawback. Get your mod for the microgun Skins from here

5. Laser Dots

How about working with lasers that have no endpoint? This mod fixes the endpoint by enabling surface dots for all laser sites. Not really useful for aiming but a mere cosmetic. Of course, a rather simple mod but surely appealing enough for you to give it a try.

6. Disable Dialogue Camera

Another mod that makes your gameplay easier and smoother. In the vanilla game, if you have dialogues with other people, it forces a first-person perspective. A lot of players have criticized the same for spoiling the value of immersion. Well, this mod convincingly resolves the issue. This mod disables the dialogue camera and enables a third-person view when you’re talking to NPCs.

So, if you’re frustrated with the first-person interaction, get your solution by visiting the link.

7. Visible Companion Affinity

Sourced from a creative veteran, Vision Companion Affinity is the same one they introduced for Fallout 4. When your affinity changes in Starfield Vanilla, you do not get the idea of the exact value. But thanks to this specific mod, you’ll get a visual representation of the numbers to manage your companions accordingly.

It also gives you a document to check the affinity of all of your companions and lets you edit the features. Surely, a must-have mod!

8. Robert S Male Body Replacer

This mod helps you replace the body with high-quality topology, good proportions, and realistic human anatomy. In simple words, it brings you more detailing to the body that Bethesda misses out by a long shot.

Only, the nude version is available at the moment but if that’s worth a compromise, here’s a link to the mod.

9. Constructible Outpost Faction Guards

As suggested by the name, this mod lets you “hire bodyguards for your outposts”. Players get to choose from a lot of factions in the defense tab. Moreover, you can hire robots and alien creatures to prevent your outpost from invasions and attacks.

It’s never too late to invest in defense right? Check out the mod by the link
