Greg Norman has made it big both on and off the course. He is one of the legends of golf, with a net worth of $400 million. The Kiwi created a big controversy when he joined the Saudi-backed golf organization LIV Golf.

Since then, there has been an ongoing feud between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. Still, Norman always promotes LIV Golf whenever the opportunity presents itself. Even if it requires using a PGA Tour event.

Norman didn’t leave this opportunity to promote LIV golf here as well. “Those boys are LIVing it up at the WM,” he commented. Not only that, he likes the shirts so much that he even reposted the reel on his Instagram story.

The members of the LIV Golf faction were quiet for a while after the mass exit by their executives. LIV Golf also signed a major streaming deal with the CW network a few weeks ago. Moreover, this comment indicates that the 68-year-old is back in full swing to do promotions ahead of the LIV Tour.

LIV Golf is not destroying the PGA Tour

Since LIV golf started, many golf players have abandoned the PGA Tour. Norman has been accused of creating a rift in the golf world. But, he does not agree with this narrative. Norman said that he did try to meet with the PGA Tour officials many times. Furthermore, he said that they built the organization with the aim that it will be an inclusive league. 

He believed he longer had to negotiate with the PGA Tour officials as his faction was successful and working well. Moreover, Norman’s sole focus is on building the golf league possible.
