Paige Spiranac Delivers a Bold Response to Provoking Online Troll

Social media influencing might seem like the most fun and stress-free job in the world for an outsider. However, internet trollers can take a toll on the influencers with their brutal comments. Although she has been on the field for several years, Paige Spiranac still has to deal with such instances. And she doesn’t hold back from facing it at all! 

Maxim had recently announced Spiranac as its Sexiest Woman Alive of 2022. Notably, her prediction of the U. S. Open winner also turned out to be right. Since she is the ambassador of PointsBetUSA, Spiranac received a congratulatory post from the senior editor of the brand.

As one of the funniest golfers on the internet, the 29-year-old retweeted the post with a funny caption. While most netizens agreed with her, Spiranac felt one comment to be more than offensive. 

The user dug up an old photo of her during her professional golfing days to mock her. And the 1-time Cactus Tour champion wasn’t going to let it pass. 

“I just finished a round in the rain and was interacting with someone,” Spiranac explained the photograph through a comment“Wasn’t worried about posing,” she further added. “We all take bad pictures lol nothing to be embarrassed about.”

The former professional golfer is known for having social anxiety and panic attacks. Hence, she was not as tough as she is now while dealing with internet trollers. However, Spiranac acknowledged and has been open about it over time. 

Notably, she is also an ambassador of the Cybersmile Foundation. The NGO helps people from overcoming the impact caused by cyberbullying and online abuse. As the most popular golfer on Instagram with over 3 million followers, she tries to reach more people to give them proper awareness of such instances. 

The golf world expressed its support for the golfer

Soon after Spiranac expressed her attitude toward the troller, many of her fans and followers came to her aid. They supported her with all their heart with positive comments.

Being a social media influencer is not an easy job. Yet, Spiranac does it with passion. She also uses it as a vessel to explain how negative comments can badly affect one’s mentality.
