Donald Trump is a golf aficionado and everybody knows that. There are many former presidents who enjoy golfing, but none as much as Trump. Once Trump admitted to making seven holes-in-one, which is a big feat. Some players finish their entire career without a hole-in-one, but the former POTUS has done it so many times already!

But it is not always that he could impress his fans with his golfing skills. In a recently surfaced video of him, his swings have become a cause for debate. He has become the butt of the joke, once again.

Golf coach deeply analyzes Donald Trump’s swing

Playing golf may look easy from far, but it is one of the toughest games. To perform well, one must concentrate on finding the right angles and precision is key. And it looks like Donald Trump has achieved it. Golf coach George Gankas recently shared a video of Trump from 2016 in which he is making a swing.

Gankas uses this clip to explain how Trump is using the right postures. Sharing the video on Instagram, he added his audible review in the background. “I don’t think it’s bad. I think it’s pretty decent. He does some things that are mashed up. He has a trigger here. He is gonna move off the ball. And then right about here, he starts to re-enter his pelvis.”

As Donald adjusts his lower back, George explains, “He moves off, he starts re-centering with his lower body, his upper body moves off and he still has no left bend here. But the cool part is that his lower body has re-centered.” Trump then starts to swing. Gankas adds, “Then he starts turning and never goes back into extension. It’s kind of cool.”

Re-examining his swing, Gankas says, “Moves are half, re-centers his pelvis, no left bend, no extension, no retraction but re-centers nicely here with his upper. And then he has no spine extension to get back behind the ball but pretty cool match up.” The golf coach was impressed but the fans are not, at least most of them.

Some are not sure Trump is keen on dudes talking about his pelvis

Gankas wrote in the caption: “Pretty solid move, especially for a president,” which sparked a debate in the comments. One fan took a massive dig at the former president. “Declares himself club champ without playing in club championship.”

And one thought his swing was hideous, stating, “This swing is hideous and it’s from 7 years ago… i’m also sure he’s not too keen on dudes talking about his pelvis.” A few were impressed. One wrote, “Dare I say best golf swing for a president … ever?” and “Power player!”

And someone gave a good review. “Politics aside, he does have a good move.. the pivot towards the target during the backswing says it all.” Meanwhile, one fan gave his own analysis of his swing. “Nice analysis… on the pivot and centering, recentering etc…. From DTL…does he lose loft? ClubFace get closed… hits up – with his body unwinding he can flat thump it…. But a nightmare to pitch with… as we’ve seen… G, how would you keep the driving… but fix the pitching?”
