Greg Norman and Chris Evert were the talk of the town when they suddenly separated in 2009. No one ever expected their marriage to end within 15 months, and so abruplty. We knew them as a powerful couple, but their bond was not as powerful as people thought. However, now everyone has moved on and lives a happy life, especially Andy Mill, the ex-husband of tennis star, Evert.
It devastated the former alpine skier after his 18 year old marriage broke with Evert. He blamed Greg Norman entirely for ruining his marriage and life. Mill and Norman were the best of friends. Later, Mill talked to the media and looked better. He was sorted and much happier. The skier overcame the pain and betrayal from his ex-wife, and his best friend. In time, he was able to joke about his marriage and also talked about his current partner. Let’s find out what happened.
Was Mill really over the betrayal by Greg Norman?
After getting over Evert, Mill told PEOPLE about his current partner and how happy he was with her. The former skier married Debra Harvick in 2009, and they have been together ever since. However, Mill also gives massive credit to Norman for unexpected reasons. On the other hand, he also joked about marriage and divorce. “Divorce is like a golf swing — it always makes someone happy.” said the skier. According to him, whenever someone gets divorced, there is always happiness in the situation for some people. They later realized it, and it was fair. If it weren’t for the divorce between Evert and Mill, he would have never met Debra.
The same lies for Norman and Evert too. They split up in 2009; if that didn’t happen, Norman would have never met his current life partner and soulmate, Kirsten Kutner. They got happily married in 2010. However, Evert did not date anyone since she got separated from Norman. Even though she wanted to date, but did not find anyone suitable.
