Prannoy through to Swiss Open Finals

World Number 36, H.S. Prannoy, is through to his maiden Swiss Open GP Finals. The 13th seeded player defeated Tzu Wang of the Chinese Taipei in 3 tough games. In a match that lasted 56 minutes, Prannoy came out on top with 12-21 21-14 23-21 scoreline. In the other matches, Saina Nehwal suffered a Semi Final exit at the hands of 2012 Olympic Silver medalist Wang Yihan. Saina failed to live up to the expectations in 2016 after having a successful PBL season, with Olympic around the corner and Saina recovering from an ankle injury, Indian fans have a reason to worry.
