Epic Games recently released the ‘Spy Within’ LTM for Fortnite. The LTM has a premise identical to that of the award-winning multiplayer game Among Us. Moreover, players can earn a variety of free rewards by playing it.

The Spy Within playlist is available to everyone in the lobby. They can join a game by clicking on it and entering the mansion. The game has 2 spies and up to 8 agents or butlers. The objective of the game is simple- the agents have to complete 60 tasks or catch the spies before the spies eliminate all the agents.

While it is similar to Among Us, there are quite a few differences. Players play the game in first-person mode, unlike the usual games of Fortnite. Moreover, the map in Fortnite has different stories which makes it harder to keep track of all the players.

Complete tasks and deposit coins to win a game of Among Us in Fortnite

The game randomly assigns players their role. Once they enter the mansion, the agents have to start hunting the spies while they complete tasks. There are no specific tasks and no limit to how many tasks a player can do. Just go up to an interactive object and press the button to complete the task.

Agents can also do multiple tasks at once. Once they complete a task, they earn a gold coin. They can deposit this gold coin at the stash in the spawn. Always remember to deposit the coins, otherwise, the game doesn’t count the tasks as being completed.

The spies on the other hand have a weapon with them. They can use it to eliminate the agents and also sabotage the game such as setting the house on fire, thus distracting the agents.

As the agents grow suspicious of a fellow player, they can call meetings or report bodies to enter into voting. As the vote begins, players can communicate with each other using voice chat. All the players have a pistol, which they can use to shoot at the button placed in front of their suspect. If they aren’t sure of whom to vote for, they can shoot the skip button placed in the middle.
